Each product is a handcrafted masterpiece, the result of impeccable traceability and a slow curing process that allows all the nuances of the acorn, the Iberian breed, and the privileged natural environment of the Ambroz Valley, where our facilities are located, to be expressed.

100% Iberian acorn-fed ham and shoulder

Our acorn-fed Iberian hams are selected piece by piece and cured in cellars where the climate of the Ambroz Valley works its magic. A traditional curing method based on natural ventilation, where air currents regulate humidity and temperature for the drying of the cured meats. The Iberian shoulder hams, with their shorter but more intense curing process, offer a deeper and more aromatic experience.
