Our facilities
Dehesa Barón de Ley winery
The Dehesa Barón de Ley winery is located in a privileged setting: Baños de Montemayor (Ambroz Valley, northern Cáceres). Its 7,000-square-meter facilities stand on a 25-hectare estate, perched on a hill overlooking the majestic Sierra de Gredos mountain range.
Its location in a valley surrounded by mountains provides ideal conditions for the traditional aging process, thanks to the natural air currents created by mild winters and cool, dry summers. This natural aging process contributes to a more intense flavor, full of nuances.
