a) Administrative management of customers, for the purpose of administrative management of our customers' orders. The information you provide will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will be kept for the legally established periods unless you request its cancellation, with the accuracy and updating of your data being your responsibility.

b) Management of queries and requests for the purpose of administrative procedures and resolving queries from customers or potential customers, keeping the data as long as the right of cancellation is not exercised.

c) Video surveillance management for the purposes of facility security, quality control, access control, occupational risk prevention and human resources. Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of one month, unless there is an investigation or communication to the security forces and/or courts and tribunals.

In this regard, we inform you that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you have given us and legitimate interest, in the case of video surveillance, the fulfilment of a mission of public interest and legitimate interest. The data will not be communicated to third parties except where legally required.

3. The period for which your personal data will be kept will be determined by the purposes of this notice. This period will be at least equal to the limitation period established by law for legal actions in each case, and in any event, that which may be established by special laws or regulations corresponding to the professional status of the data controller or data processor.

5. We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
